**Store Manager - Store #2035**

**As the Store Manager, you will:**

* Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including:

Store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash/inventory shortages), and shrinkage.

Daily paperwork and computer entries.

Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.

**Other** *extremely**important* **responsibilities include:**

* Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel.

* Motivate, encourage, and challenge all employees.

* Provide coaching and development to prepare team members for future career opportunities.

* Ensure performance standards are maintained.

**Here's what we're looking for:**

* 2-3 years' management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food/restaurant operation. (experience with budgets and P&Ls is a huge plus!)

* Solid communication skills (written and verbal).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

* Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* A desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team of outstanding individuals.
