YETI is actively seeking an Assistant Store Experience Leader to help lead our store in Honolulu's Ala Moana Center. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will help hire, coach, and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a "wow" factor level of customer experience. You drive store profitability by upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards and protecting company assets. You have a customer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.
