We are currently recruiting for a position at our Houston, Texas location for a qualified Marketing Manager.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: VP Marketing

Location: Houston, TX

Travel: Less than 15%

FLSA Classification: Exempt

SUMMARY

The responsibilities of this individual are as follows:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website optimization to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay informed about developments in the target industry markets and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Organize and support relevant trade show activities.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the automotive industry, with an understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
