This is an in-office role in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to the CEO / CTO, to create and establish company-specific custom Notion workspaces, custom Notion templates and automation workflows for all of our business processes, including sales, marketing, product development, and account management.

The Operations Assistant will also be responsible for reporting key business KPIs for the organization.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Notion Consultant , an independent thinker, independent learner (absorbs technical concepts quickly), thrives under pressure and pace (even relishes it), thrives under significant responsibility, and and can start making a difference within a week of starting the role.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and CTO.

Your role will be to understand the CEO / CTO's vision for the company's operations, and to map that vision into the right workspace and Notion structure, to improve the company's efficient, productivity, and the overall ability to measure performance and operations.

You need to be an expert on the internal details of Notion, its databases, workflows, views, formats, etc., and to adapt the company's documentation and processes into Notion.

You will also need a good handle on product documentation, and understand the product-development process. You will also need to import existing documents and existing sources of data (on JIRA, Slack, PRDs, Google Sheets, etc.

into Notion. You will be working across multiple departments, including Business Development, Engineering, Design, QA, and more, to populate the Notion workspaces, and to measure overall productivity and operations.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 4 years of experience in setting up and building out Notion templates, databases, and workflows.
• 4 years of experience in working with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and JQL.
• 4 years of experience in building automation workflows with Zapier and other software.
• 4 years of expertise in Excel / Google spreadsheets, macros, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, etc.
• Certified Notion Consultant.
• 4 years of experience in building operational dashboards to monitor processes and delivery.
• 4 years of experience in implementing, analyzing, measuring, and streamlining processes.
• 4 years of expertise in JIRA, JQL, writing user stories, tracking product requirements.
• Phenomenal written communication, with attention to grammar, punctuation, and copywriting.
• A passion for process, for implementing process, for measuring process implementation.
• Has experience in working with Engineering, Design, and QA teams in a high-tech company
• Willingness and ability to work the non-traditional hours of the sports industry, including weekends, evenings and holidays (when sports teams have their games scheduled), as needed.
