We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented LSA Specialist to join our team and help us optimize Local Service Ads campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimize Local Service Ads campaigns for real estate clients, driving lead generation and conversion.
Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to execute effective Local Service Ads strategies for clients.
Collaborate with a designated Google representative to understand how the product is changing first-hand and how that will impact our clients’ experience with our services.Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients with customer service as a priority, as well as recommend ongoing optimizations and improvements.
Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the Operations team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, or local SEO.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients even through challenging situations.
Demonstrated ability to understand and follow complex processes and SOPs.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
Familiarity with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies.
Experience with project management and workflow tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.

This role is currently fully remote within the US. Compensation and full benefits include starting pay from $55,000 depending on experience; medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays, vacation, and sick days; a 401(k).
