Part-Time Custodial/Maintenance Staff

Starting Rate

$10.75/hr and up based on experience

Available Hours

• Monday through Friday afternoon hours available
• 15-20 hours per week

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• Willing to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Y is attractive and clean by completing all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintains upkeep of assigned area and equipment. May perform dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, replacing soap & hand sanitizer cartridges, window washing, pool cleaning, painting, vacuuming, seasonal lawn care / snow removal, and general cleaning. Assist with minor repairs, preventative maintenance duties, safety equipment checks any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
