Responsibilities

• Support the HR Department with various dept. administrative functions related to entry and record-keeping, filing, special projects and the employment life cycle.
• Connect with the Metro Office, Branch Management, and Employee Team Members to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Deliver HR practices that support the core department processes and allow our branch teams to retain employees and delivery value programming.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Two-Three years of related experience is preferred.
• Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
• Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media sites, and talent acquisition software with the ability to grow with computer technology.
• An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.

Salary

• Starting Pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour,
• Scheduled up to 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility in scheduling.
