Under the direction and supervision of the Y Learning Program Director, the Y Learning Student Aide Site Lead will be responsible for the supervision and management of the site and staff, as well as assisting the child’s social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive development. The Y Learning Student Aide Site Assistant will be responsible with supporting all participants in their care as well as assisting the Site Lead.

These positions support the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

*Part time up to 28 hours per week

* Site Lead - Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-6:00pm weekly staff meetings and lesson planning

* Site Assistant - Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-6:00pm weekly staff meetings and lesson planning

*Positions are able to start immediately within our camp programs - then transfer to school in late August

*Paid training will be required

Planning and preparing of learning station environments, set-up and clean-up and preparing needed material and supplies

Attend all paid staff meetings.
