We are hiring a full time Leadership Position working as a Program Director for our Childcare Division (Afterschool/Day Camp) at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. This position will work directly with Frisco ISD, a growing and strong school district. In this position, you will build relationships with school administration, parents, and a team of part-time staff who lead daily activities with children, keep kids safe, and contribute to high-quality Afterschool programming.

A Program Director leads a team of part time staff who manages the daily operations of between 5 to 10 afterschool program sites (depending on position/territory) and up to 3-day camp programs, ensuring that all sites meet licensing requirements, and deliver great customer service to School Hosts, Families, branch connections, and community at large.
