YMCA of South Florida is Hiring a Finance Associate Near Miami, FL
Essential Functions:
- Responds to parent calls providing excellent customer service.
- Enters payments, registrations, financial aid information, and program changes in the database system.
- Enters adjustments according to the attendance on a weekly basis and update the ELC web attendance page.
- Prepares the monthly packages for ELC and Family Central.
- Reports to the Finance Team Manager any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Researches data and answer customer questions regarding payments.
- Ensures that Youth Development accounts receivable is under 3% of total income at the end of each month.
- Reports, collects, and enters any and all NSF's.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Daxko system preferred.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Innate desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Outgoing personality, enjoys speaking to people.
