1. Job Summary:
The Full Time School Age Child Care Program Lead Staff is responsible for assisting with planning, leading, and evaluating group experiences. This position will operate at a specific school age site. The incumbent will provide quality recreational experiences for children that focus on the YMCA core values of caring, equity, honesty, respect and responsibility. This position is year-round with 40 hours a week - during the school year the Lead Staff work at a before & after school location in the Shoreview area, and during the summer they work at a summer program at a location in the northern metro.
