Executive Summary

Lead the supplier to find the root causes for Steering mechanical, electrical and mechatronic issues, including failure mode avoidance, degraded-mode management, diagnostics, and inspect the parts onsite.

Project Overview

Process steering warranty data and do onsite inspection of the parts. 

Project Scope

· Functional Requirements: Ability to process data and leading the supplier to resolution.

· Deliverables:

· Lead the analysis of returned warranty parts.

· Lead the supplier to find the root causes for Steering mechanical, electrical and mechatronic issues, including failure mode avoidance, degraded-mode management, and diagnostics.

· Support resolution of electrical hardware and software issues. 

· Analyze vehicle CAN communication data and ECU diagnostics

· 6 – 15 years of experience only…

Primary Skills Required:
