Our locally recognized end client is in need of an Administrative Assistant with data analysis and validation experience as well as experience using Maximo for a 6-month CONTRACT opportunity.

This position requires the ability to work onsite, 40 hours per week, first shift and pays a MAX of $22 / hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing :

Providing administrative support functions including data analysis and validation. Preparing, distributing, and filing reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Gathering, composing, tracking, tabulating, and organizing information that may be critical or sensitive.

What You Need to Bring to the Table :

• High school diploma or equivalent including 3 years related experience REQUIRED.
• Candidates should possess strong skills with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel REQUIRED.
• Experience using Maximo business application HIGHLY DESIRED.
