Job Description:

• Ensure accessibility, operation, and integrity of NaphCare University through Learning Management System (LMS) and video management systems.
• Maximize effectiveness of LMS through global reporting with improved trackability of content compliance.
• Determine training priorities and needs for educational content as appropriate for prisons and jails.
• Build NaphCare-specific educational courses using Articulate and Camtasia.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure content accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze progress of LMS curriculum goals quarterly and report to Education Team.
• Work closely with the Education Team to provide seamless support and cohesive transitions when new contracts are acquired, to keep content up to date, and to provide insight on requests from leadership.
• Collaborate with Corporate Education Team and site-specific educators to disseminate information to all NaphCare facilities.
• Develop and publish correctional-specific content in NCU, focusing on graphics and user-friendly designs
• Create reference guides and check lists to send to jails and prisons as staff process guides.
• Organize educational content to assist with onboarding of new employees and NCCHC surveys.
• Maintain organization of user accounts during expansion and growth along with updating enrollments and courses as NCU content changes are made.
• Provide support and resolve issues for learners utilizing the system (ie resetting passwords, troubleshooting technical issues in LMS, etc).
• Provide administrative access to site leaders and provide instruction on working in the LMS
• Manage job titles/types and create and maintain departments/locations within NaphCare facilities and locations.
• Assist with IT security and legal audits and produce reports and transcripts as requested.
• Act as the designated SME regarding the use, functionality, and updates to the learning and video management systems.

Qualifications for Corporate Education Support Specialist:

• Bachelors or Assoicates degree required
• 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of adult learning concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experienced with Learning Management Systems, small and large group facilitation, eLearning and classroom led instruction.
• Experienced in curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and can fluidly pivot to meet company needs.
