Financial Advisor
Location: Englishtown/Manalapan, NJ
Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Onsite
Package: $60 - 70K Base Commission Benefits
Must have qualifications:
-Must have a Series 7, 65 or 66 license
-Experience with Asset Management, Wealth Management, retirement planning and estate planning
Other important notes:
-Commission based on Assets under management brought in (AUM commissionable premiums)
-If a person is not a hungry and an aggressive money focused person, this job is not for them.
-Will average 80 new family meetings per week
-NOT A COLD CALLING ROLE. This is rather more HEAVY MARKETING - They have the leads, this job is to get them in the door, and the firm will help them put best WM, AM, retirement and tax plan together.
-Goal is to scale the company with an experienced advisor who can learn and pair what they have done.
-Hard working advisor that wants to meet new prospects, this is a role that will require night work at the seminars.
-Individuals/families they focus on are upwards of $750K to the Multi-millions
-Estate planning attorney on the team as well; trusts wills etc.
-Attend 2 to 3 seminars per week (over a 48 week year)
-Attend dinner seminars in the evening
-Must be able to work nights
