About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investment Operations to lead and manage investment operational processes, establish and oversee the investment operations team, and orchestrate strategic and investment operational plan development. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the company's mission and vision into organization-wide investment operation initiatives, providing subject matter expertise to business development staff and clients, and ensuring a robust risk framework. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in the digital asset management industry, particularly in areas such as tokenization, staking, and digital fund launches, and requires the ability to build and lead a world-class investment operations team with expertise in digital operational platforms and funds.Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 10 years' of business operations leadership experience, and a minimum of 5 years' in the digital and crypto industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale project execution, change management, and transformation, as well as a deep understanding of the digital asset management industry and relevant market information. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and manage expectations with company leadership and cross-functional teams. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex data for decision-making and a commitment to delivering results in a collaborative, client-centric manner.
