The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- 5 years of network, end user, server and firewall administration
- Strong focus on customer service and communication skills
- Ability to triage incoming ticket requests and prioritize.
- Paying $42.85 per hour; depending on experience.
- Support of network security and business infrastructure for facility
- Familiarity with wired and wireless network architecture
- Configuration of network switches, routers, SDWAN, etc.
- Troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Maintain and upgrade network cabling within the Data Center and building cabinets
- Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Process Control Networks
- Strong communications and troubleshooting capabilities
- High school degree or equivalent.
