Patient Safety Call Center Agent
Primary Duties : Responsible for receiving inbound and initiating outbound phone calls to patients, caregiver and healthcare professionals, regarding their adverse event experience.
Responsible for the receipt, documentation, and quality check of inbound safety information documentation resulting from the phone handling, including adverse events and technical complaints, for NNI US marketed products.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Tasks can include, but not limited to, duplicate searches, product coding, MedDRA coding, and narrative generation.
