Program Manager to establish a centralized intake-to-delivery portfolio approach and contribute to project's growth and evolution. You'll manage Data and Analytics projects from conception through delivery and value realization. This includes large transformation initiatives, smaller RTE/BAU projects, and cross-enterprise initiatives.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- 7 years in project and program leadership
- 2 years in customer data & engagement projects
- BS/BA required; PMP Certification preferred
- Proficiency with tools like Clarity PPM, JIRA, AgileCraft, ATIIM
- Hands-on leadership of large-scale process improvements
- Understanding of Organizational Change Management
- Ability to synthesize metrics to achieve business goals
- Expertise in project management concepts and tools
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder management and client relationships
- Influence and develop process improvements with Data and Analytics leadership
- Manage schedules and resources for various initiatives
- Ensure project milestones and resource time estimates are accurately tracked and reported
