Administrative Service Assistant- 3 Month Assignment

Qualifications :

• Supervised Role : Ability to perform general office, clerical, and production support duties effectively under direct supervision
• Support Skills : Experience or capability in providing support in various areas including reception, production, data entry, and general administrative services.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Communication : Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and other stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency : Basic knowledge of office software and systems for tasks such as data entry and document management.

Responsibilities :

• General Office Support : Under direct supervision, perform a variety of office and clerical tasks according to established procedures and detailed instructions.
• Reception Duties : Assist with reception tasks as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries.
• Production Support : Provide support in production environments, including tasks such as preparation, coordination, and logistical assistance.
• Data Entry : Accurately enter and update data into systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Administrative Services : Perform general administrative duties, including document management, filing, and other related tasks to support daily operations.
