yondr is Hiring an Education Program Specialist Near New York, NY

Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists, educators, organizations, and individuals worldwide. Our

mission is to create spaces where genuine connection, focus, and creativity can flourish without

technology.

Yondr supports schools through cellphone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the

successful adoption of Yondr lockable pouches in school environments by providing education, training,

and development resources for administrators and teachers.

The Yondr Education Program Specialist ensures customer success during the post-sales customer journey. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, relationship-oriented, and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be accountable for successfully implementing the Yondr program and offering continued top-notch guidance and programming that will guarantee customer success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support new school accounts to facilitate the implementation process, including onboarding, product/program setup, training, and customization to meet their specific requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and timely responses to foster positive interactions and build trust with our valued education partners.
  • Oversee implementation specialists designated for your region or schools, ensuring seamless coordination and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the Yondr school program by utilizing data to identify and address potential issues or opportunities for improvement.

Through 2024:

  • Collaborate with existing partners to provide comprehensive guidance on the buyout process and assist schools in transitioning smoothly from the leasing program.
  • Achieve established buyout goals, including revenue and partner retention and satisfaction.

Relationship Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with school administrators, teaching staff, and parent communities through engaging presentations and written and virtual communication sources.
  • Function as the main point of contact for education partners and act as a Yondr liaison for overall program maintenance, including product replenishment.
  • Sustain relationships with existing school accounts by initiating year-round communication to support the successful utilization of the Yondr program and align with their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Education Account Executives to seamlessly transition new partners from the sales phase to the implementation phase, ensuring partner success.
  • Attain exceptional partner satisfaction through surveys, leading to strong reference partnerships.

Tactical Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly quantitative updates across key metrics, encompassing partner outreach, touchpoints, and additional areas as necessary.
  • Promptly address and resolve any issues that arise for new and existing partner accounts.
  • Maintain and update CRM and other supporting systems with detailed records of outreach efforts and school performance KPIs.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of Yondr school programming such as monthly professional development offerings such as “Yondr Q&As” or “Yondr Presents.”

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Background and/or experience in education (specifically grades 6-12).
  • Familiarity with current educational practices around implementing school programming.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments: thrives in fast-paced settings, exhibiting flexibility and resilience to navigate through rapid growth.
  • Proficiency in technology: skilled in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment.
  • Solution-driven mindset: ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles with a proactive and
  • solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, education and/or a related field.
  • Travel expectation is based on partners demand and manager approval: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak seasons

Compensation

  • $78 - $80k competitive bonus structure
