Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our dental practice as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental appointment calendar.
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and manage email correspondence.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using dental office software and basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • A friendly and welcoming personality with a positive attitude.
