Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Nail Tech Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver curriculum for nail technician courses in alignment with the higher education school's standards.

- Instruct students on nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail enhancements.

- Demonstrate and supervise hands-on training sessions in a salon-like setting.

- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their skill development.

- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance.

- Mentor and guide students towards successful completion of certification programs.

- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:

- Limited License Nail Tech with substantial experience in the industry.

-Cosmetology Educators License

- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

- Proficiency in nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and product knowledge.

- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Background in adult education for beauty services
- Familiarity with hair styling or cosmetology practices
- Anatomy knowledge related to nail care and skin health
