We are a chain of full-service Japanese Ramen restaurants and we are eager to receive applications from those with or without experience as a server for our brand new location opening in Garden Grove next month.

We will provide paid training and an opportunity to earn full tip for those who successfully complete the training period.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet all customers with a smile.
• Knowledgeable about all the menu items.
• Maintains professional, courteous, composed, friendly manner and calm demeanor always.
• Educate customers about the menu if they have any questions.
• Assist guests in the ordering process by making recommendations. Apply the “TRUST us” methodology.
• Up-sells non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver drinks, food and dessert in a timely manner.
• Enter and process all the orders in the POS system.

Pay rate

• $16.00 - $22.00 Hourly depending on experience and with gratuity included.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated skills in greeting customers, presenting menus, taking food orders and expediting them through the kitchen
• Familiar with standard restaurant operations and safe beverage service
• Known for handing multiple tables simultaneously
• Upbeat professional who has a proven talent for reading guests and anticipating their needs
• Very competent at serving food and attending to the customers needs
