se expansion opportunities. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Providing effective leadership and management to ensure our mission and core values are upheld * Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols * Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity * Communicate effectively, clearly & respectfully with customers, team members & leaders. * Track staffing requirements, with a high focus on training, onboarding & retention * Follow through on all planning and forecast meetings & metrics * Create schedules, monitor labor & oversee payroll * Must track, monitor & exceed sales & revenue monthly & yearly targets * Have the ability to lift/load and move items 40-80 lbs *QUALIFICATIONS* * Good verbal and written skills * Good organizational & time management skills * Able to multitask and prioritize * Works well under pressure * Able to diffuse conflict & find quick resolutions * Excellent attention to detail * Must be a team player * 3-5 years of management experience * 1 yr of sales & customer service experience * 1 yr of Computer & CRM experience (EX: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle) * _*Previous work in moving / logistics / delivery not mandatory but an asset*_ * _*Second language not mandatory but an asset*_ *BENEFITS* * Base salary of $50k (paid out weekly) * 2% sales commission (uncapped) * Performance bonuses ($600-$800 a month) * End of the Year (EOY) bonus * Individual Retirement Account (IRA) * Dental & Vision * 2 weeks paid vacation * Fun interactive Leadership Team * Positive culture and working environment _*Join You Move Me - Today!*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Referral program * Retirement plan Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No nights * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Ability to lift/load 40-80 pounds of boxes & furniture Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) * Management: 3 years (Required) * CRM software: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tulsa, OK 74145
