We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer experience
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery

Skills:

- Customer service expertise to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in upselling to increase sales
- Previous experience in a grocery store or kitchen environment is advantageous
