You Work, I'll Play, a well established dog daycare, boarding, grooming and training facility in Asheville, NC. We take pride in being the best and safest dog facility in town. At YWIP, Safety is ALWAYS #1! The first and most important quality we are searching for is someone who LOVES dogs!!! You must also enjoy cleaning and cleanliness because we maintain a spotlessly clean and odorless facility. Please make sure you are in town and available to work holidays, including Spring Break. Holiday time off will be granted via a sign up volunteer sheet for shifts. We try our hardest to give you time off to spend with your family, but please know the holidays are our busiest time of the year and it’s “all hands on deck”.
We are looking for Full Time, Part Time people and Weekend employees. We can work with you on availability depending on your schedule, however some weekends are required for everyone in the company.
We pay substantially higher wages than anyone else in the dog industry in the area. $15.00 - $17.50/hour based on experience!
Must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation (own vehicle) and be available to work weekends and ALL holidays, including Holidays.

There is the opportunity for the person in this position to promote within the company to senior staff leads or management positions, which come with higher pay.
