The Senior Program Coordinator provides daily program direction and supervises program staff. The incumbent assists in program management which may include but is not limited to marketing, program evaluation, program facilitation, grant reporting, administrative tasks and providing quality customer service. The incumbent may hire, train and supervises staff. The position oversees two Neighborhood Center sites in Maplewood, MN and Stillwater, MN.
This position reports to the Program Director who reports to a Vice President. The incumbent interacts regularly with all levels of employees across the association, including Senior Leadership, Branch and Camp Executives, Directors, and volunteers. The incumbent may supervise designated staff.
This job description represents the major functions of the position, but it is not intended to be all-inclusive. The incumbent is also responsible for taking direction from the Vice President or their representative in completing projects or performing duties deemed necessary for the success of the Program.
