GENERAL FUNCTION:The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and development of all school age programs and staff in the Child Care Branch. Primary areas of responsibility include budget development and fiscal management for all departments assigned, financial development (fundraising), staff recruitment and training and compliance with all childcare regulations.
