We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Counter Sales/Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts management and sales, specifically with Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, and other medium-duty truck parts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department ensuring efficient and effective service
• Provide expert assistance to customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts for Hino - Isuzu - Cummins - and other medium-duty trucks
• Manage inventory levels including ordering - receiving - stocking - and tracking parts to ensure availability and accuracy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors - suppliers - and customers
• Train - mentor - and supervise parts department staff ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
• Utilize parts management software to track sales - manage inventory - and generate reports
• Handle customer inquiries - complaints - and returns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for service repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in parts sales and management preferably in a medium-duty truck environment
• In-depth knowledge of Hino - Isuzu - Cummins - and other medium-duty truck parts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using parts management software and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
