Service Advisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork
• Previous client interaction in an office environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Insurance licensing strongly preferred and Series 65 (preferred)

Responsibilities:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:

• Prioritize day to day tasks and issues
• Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients
• Complete & process internal and external servicing requests
• Maintain database programs (CRM)
• Respond to client inquires as needed
• Opening (as needed), closing & transferring of accounts
• Generate and provide various reports to Advisor
• Process transactions
• Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients
• Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation

· Manage RMDs for all qualified client accounts

· Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments

· Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
