Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), have a valid State Driver's License, reliable vehicle, pass our background check, reference check, and you're qualified to work in the US.Who can apply? Those seeking to start a career helping children with autism or those already certified as Registered Behavior TechniciansWhat is my schedule like? We are hiring part-time and full-time positions with high hours of supervision and ongoing coaching by a caring BCBA. No weekends or late evenings required.What does growth look like for me? You can level up in this role as you learn and grow, potentially become a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or even work to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) if that’s your goal.Are there physical requirements for this position? Yes, which include but are not limited to lifting at least 50 pounds, playing on the floor, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for long periods. You must have the ability to work in an ABA center and the client's home where everyday allergens could be present.Other Position Requirements:Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred40-hour RBT course training certificate is preferredMedicaid provider ID preferredReliable transportation, active driver's license with car insurance.Ability to pass background check with fingerprint screeningStrong written and verbal communication skillsFirst aid certification or willingness to obtainExcellent time management and interpersonal skillsJob Duties:Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBAWork in collaboration with other team membersProvide direct care to clients on a one-to-one basis in a center or home as neededApplying ABA principles consistently through all interactions with clientsCollaborate and assist with caregiver training as neededCollect and record treatment data and give feedback to the BCBA as to the effectiveness of the treatment planProvide a safe and supportive environment for patients and familiesMaintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.Accurately submit daily session notes and other documents in detail and on timeAttend training and shadowing sessions as assignedStay up to date with the most current BACB guidelines and RBT task listReview emails and messages from the provider daily and keep in frequent contact with the provider on client progress and issues if they ariseJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceMedical specialties:Pediatrics/ABAPatient demographics:ChildrenSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsWork setting:ClinicIn-person and/or On the RoadApplication Question(s):Are you willing to work with children with challenging behaviors such as self-injury or aggression?Are you currently trained in crisis intervention or are you willing to be?Are you willing to work both in a center and in-home if necessary?Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person and/or on the Road
