Hospice LPNs utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skill to provide support to RN Case Managers and their patients. The successful candidate possesses a current LPN license, is a team player, and exhibits an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence.
We are a growing hospice company dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care. Our nurses visit patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Requirements:
Current Georgia LPN license
Current CPR certification
