**Your Family Hospice is now accepting applications for a Full Time/ Part Time LPN**

Hospice LPNs utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skill to provide support to RN Case Managers and their patients. The successful candidate possesses a current LPN license, is a team player, and exhibits an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence.

We are a growing hospice company dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care. Our nurses visit patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. If you want to be part of an exciting environment, and have a commitment to providing outstanding care to patients and their families, we’d like to hear from you!

Requirements:

‪Current Georgia LPN license

Current CPR certification

Strong technology skills (experience with EMR systems)

‪Current driver’s license

Good driving record

Clean background check

‪Reliable Transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
