GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Clinic Supervisor at Your Health Organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality patient care while meeting productivity targets. Additionally, you will handle various HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding new staff, and addressing payroll issues. You will also provide assistance to regional staff and patients with insurance validation, collections, and billing inquiries. Your role will involve maintaining clinic repository systems, monitoring staff PTO and coverage, and managing care team ratios to optimize clinic efficiency. Overall, you will be instrumental in maintaining the clinic's operational excellence and ensuring a positive patient experience.

• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses,
medical assistants, administrative staff, and other support personnel, ensuring they adhere to
organizational policies and procedures. Foster strong partnerships with primary providers,
specialists, and virtual healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Productivity Management: Monitor and manage staff productivity, including setting targets, tracking
performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and workflow within the clinic.
• Human Resources Administration: Handle various HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting
employee onboarding and training, managing payroll issues, administering performance evaluations, staffing
coverage and addressing any personnel-related concerns or conflicts.
• Patient Services: Oversee patient services within the clinic, including staff productivity, ensuring visits are
scheduled timely and appropriately, assisting with insurance validation, resolving billing inquiries, managing
collections processes, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction. – ensure visits are

• Resource Management: Manage clinic resources effectively, including equipment, supplies, and inventory, to
ensure smooth daily operations and support staff in delivering quality patient care.
• Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement within the clinic,
implementing initiatives to enhance patient care, satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to
clinic operations, staff performance, patient care activities, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance
with documentation standards and requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among clinic staff, care
teams, regional leadership, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective teamwork and coordination to achieve
clinic goals and objectives.
• Patient Communication: Interact with patients via email, patient portal, telephone, AthenaText, in-person, etc. to
gather necessary information, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide pre-appointment instructions.
Respond to patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist in rescheduling appointments when
necessary.
• Training and Development: Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinic
staff to support their growth, skill development, and career advancement within the organization.
• Service Recovery: Collaboration for conflict, complaint management and resolution for any concerns.
• Establishing and maintaining effective channels of communication including integration of technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure clinic operations comply with all
relevant standards.
• Drive continuous quality improvement efforts, optimizing patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
• Promote effective two-way communication between employees supervised, administration and team members
within the practice.
• Provide the Company a return on investment and be a quality steward of company funds.
• Must be available during normal work hours (unless previously approved by direct supervisor). Additional
hours may be required to complete normal business functions and/or projects.
• Utilize the company’s software systems and update information as required.
• Participate in coaching calls.
• Perform other duties as requested or required, in the sole discretion of the Company.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully

• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, push, pull, use repetitive hand motions, walk and carry simultaneously.

• Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in a health-related field or
healthcare administration.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare management.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
• Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure all standard items are there.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc. Must be a licensed driver with an
automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working
order.
