Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all leads are called within 5 minutes.
• Conduct task completion and data entry.
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Oversee and verify the accuracy of tasks completed by Virtual Assistants.
• Maintain and build systematic lead assignment and follow-up processes.
• Prepare marketing metrics and reports for monthly meetings.
