Youth Consultation Service is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Sewell, NJ

YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly.

Sawtelle Sewell/Cedarbrook is a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving vulnerable and high-risk youth ages 14- 21 who may have, but are not limited to a diagnosis within the autism spectrum.

YCS is seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA for a full time position.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Participate in initial consumer interviews/ assessment.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop Behavior Support Plans & data collection systems
  • Train staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.
  • Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures.
  • Train families in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.
  • Work under direction of Asst. Vice President of ABA Services

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Experience required: 1 - 3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

All new hires are required to attend a 3 day orientation: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-5:00 pm, upon hire.
