SUCCESS COACH
The YBLC Success Coach supports the YouthBuild Members by serving as the first point of contact, liaison to community resources, and navigator in assisting youth participants in meeting personal and professional goals. Success Coaches work closely with all other aspects of the program staff to ensure individualized member success and achievement programmatic of performance measures. As a Success Coach, you will coordinate wrap around services utilizing case management best practices, establish relationships with community and government partners to offer supportive services, and guide YouthBuild participants toward self-sufficiency in a workforce focused program. You should have a growth mindset with a passion for coaching and mentoring young adults. You should have a desire assist youth with extreme barriers to success in obtaining life and career preparation skills necessary to become more independent, self-sufficient and engaged in their future success. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team and support the participants in our program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, psychology, or counseling, and will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves grant management, program coordination, wellness and life skills counseling, case management, support services, recruiting, and alumni communication and follow up. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in guiding our participants to success, building relationships with community partners, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

YBLC is seeking candidates with the following qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Counseling required.
• Case management experience a plus
• 3-5 years previous experience in case management and/or workforce development
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task
