As the Chief of Staff Team for YouTube’s Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will partner closely with YouTube Business and Go-To-Market (GTM) Solutions leadership to support efficient business operations, execute on high-priority initiatives, and ensure a consistent and cohesive leadership strategy narrative for YouTube Business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Set strategic priorities for the YouTube Business leadership team, including leading agenda and content development for weekly leadership meetings, executive offsites, and director forums.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams (e.g., Go-To-Market Solutions, People Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, GAPP, Legal) and influence decision-making within c-level audiences while leading execution against recommendations quickly and with accuracy.
• Manage multiple priorities and initiatives including strategic business topics and partner with Executive Communications to land the Chief Business Officer’s key strategic messages with the frontline.
• Communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations.
• Enable leadership to track progress of People/Talent OKRs and priorities throughout the year (e.g. quarterly reporting).
