The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key position within the PH Digital & Technology Control team responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and providing insightful recommendations to cross-functional teams. You will work with management, finance teams around the world, and other key stakeholders to support the overall D&T strategy and to optimize financial performance. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills, attention-to-detail, and someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role supports PH D&T, including U.S., UK and Vietnam entities.
Salary Range: $84,000 – $99,500 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.ResponsibilitiesDrive accurate and timely accounting, reporting and analysis of PH D&T financial results.

• Partner with cross-functional global teams (UK, India, Vietnam, US) to drive execution of day-to-day accounting and financial analysis, including ensuring Internal Development Costs (IDC) and capital transactions are accurate and in accordance with accounting policies, contractual requirements and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries, cause-of-change analysis, HFM schedules, and reporting requirements
• Support tight internal control environment and ensuring accurate financial statements by preparing key account reconciliations and the monthly compensation analysis.
• Partner and present leadership and Finance with data-driven decision making by executing the following:
  • P&L vs. Forecast explanations for FSE
  • Monthly Leadership Summary presentation
  • Monthly Compensation Tracker
• Day-to-day support of international D&T legal entities, including reviewing the A/P accrual analysis and payroll review
• Adhoc projects, requests, or analysis as needed from various departments (e.g. R&D credits analysis, Fixed Asset roll-forwards, accelerated depreciation analysis, Internal/External audit workings, impairment analysis)

Minimum Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with recommendations to inform the intended audience.

Preferred Requirements

• CPA
• Experience with Hyperion (HFM) and JD Edwards
