**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems. **Duties:** - Perform network administration tasks to ensure connectivity and availability of IT resources. - Manage computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Utilize tools such as Remedy, Jira, and SCCM for ticketing, issue tracking, and system management. - Maintain Office suite applications and provide user support. - Monitor and manage DNS settings for optimal network performance. - Support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades. - Provide assistance with mobile device setup and troubleshooting. **Experience:** - Proven experience in network administration and computer management. - Familiarity with IT tools such as Jira, Remedy, SCCM for issue tracking and system management. - Proficiency in Office suite applications. - Knowledge of DNS settings and their impact on network performance. - Experience in supporting mobile devices within an enterprise environment. - Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
