Description
YWCA Dayton, a 24 hours organization dedicated to the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women, seeks an energetic, dedicated person to be an integral part of our team. As a non-Exempt level position, the Clinical Care Manager is passionate about “Making a Difference” in the lives of all within our community. This position is mission oriented and expected to work 40 hours weekly with some evenings and weekend activities. This position is responsible for assuring that treatment plans and related supportive services will be provided to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as residence of YWCA housing programs on a 24-hour per day basis. The client support team will deliver services utilizing trauma informed care and other best practices and protocol.
The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for overseeing therapeutic interventions, crisis stabilization techniques to aid client safety; maintain sensitivity to the needs of individuals, children and families with trauma, assess, orient and facilitate the entry of shelter clients and housing residents; develop a treatment plan, including identifying existing problems and barriers, setting goals and developing an action plan; coordinate and make referrals to appropriate providers and resources; perform diagnostic assessments as needed (LSW/LPC only); provide all other case management and follow-up services for clients/residents; maintain accurate and on-going documentation in individual client files via electronic record-keeping software, forms and reports following contract requirements, agency and department policies and procedures; respond to client/resident emergencies during work hours and when on call; attend agency and department meetings and trainings; perform other tasks as assigned and required by program goals and objectives.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 5 years social work, human services, mental health, counseling, psychology or related experience; 3 years supervisory, managerial and leadership experience; must have LSW/LPC; must have one year of crisis intervention, domestic violence experience; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; 7 plus years social work, human services experience in lieu of degree.

This position is in house only Monday – Friday (occasional evening and weekends may be required) and not remote at this time. YWCA Dayton operates 24/7 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, standard operation hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm. Applicants must be local with easily accessible transportation.
