Job Summary
YWCA Greater Austin is on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families, and strengthen communities. The Community Training Specialist will create, promote, evaluate, and conduct training programs for which external groups contract with the YWCA, plus online training resources for this audience, under the supervision of the Clinical Director. Duties/Responsibilities
Hours of work/Schedule
On Call – Normal work hours and days assigned based on a Monday through Saturday work week of between 10-15 hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm as arranged with supervisor and clients. The position requires work out in the community at local institutions/schools and businesses, occasional meetings in the office, and some remote work from home.
