Job Description
•Prepare bank reconciliations for assigned accounts
•Participate in month end close process
•Reconcile and manage Intercompany Accounts on a monthly basis
•Part of team to prepare financial statements
•Prepare month end financial packages for management
•Maintain and manage Fixed Asset Module
•Perform balance sheet reconciliations
•Assist with reviews by external auditors
•Run ad hoc reports for Controller and CFO as requested
•Complete other projects as assigned
Qualifications
•Excellent communication and verbal skills
•Self-motivated and very organized
•Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work well with others and in a team environment
•ERP experience
•Great Plains experience preferred
•Extensive knowledge of Excel and formula use
•Outgoing personality
