Construction/Roofing Estimator Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Estimator. Our company works on residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects, cost structures, and timelines. Your job duties include; providing a comprehensive cost analysis for potential clients. Every estimate needs to address all relevant governmental regulations. Excellent communication skills are required to present your estimates to stakeholders and clients.

Construction Estimator Duties and Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of construction projects
• Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope
• Create estimates for all necessary insurance considerations
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Experience with BlueBeam software is preferred.

Construction Estimator Requirements and Qualifications

• Schooling or Experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, and construction management a plus
