JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Project Manager leads the Asana Project Management tool, overseeing marketing activities, including studio and location calendars, pre-production, post-production, and asset delivery. Responsibilities include managing digital and trade marketing assets, coordinating brand events and campaigns, and ensuring timely task completion. The role involves collaborating with marketing graphic designers and marketing team members to create and deliver printed materials for in-store and trade show use. The ideal candidate has 5 years of project management experience in the fashion industry, understands photography asset creation, and has expertise in digital marketing and printed materials management. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Click Up, and Basecamp, along with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, is essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, positive, and able to handle pressure with a "can-do" approach.

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Asana Project Management tool lead manager
• Sets the operational calendar and all tasks related to every marketing activity within the brand from studio to location to final asset delivery
• Studio: workback calendar, pre-production & post production studio imagery task management and on time delivery coordinator for all involved team members
• Location: workback calendar, pre-production & post production location imagery task management and on time delivery coordinator
• Guidelines: workback calendaring and assignment of all responsibilities for all guidelines for wholesale B2Z, brick and mortar and digital guidelines
• Digital Marketing Asset coordination: Manages, tracks, assigns and seeks appropriate approvals on all digital marketing assets from photography to web to email to social media paid and organic needs
• Trade Marketing Assets – serves as link with graphic designers and marketing team members on the workback, creation, approval, print ready delivery, installation coordination and final output of all printed materials for in store and/or trade show usage
• Brand Marketing events / Marketing campaigns: plans 360 degree marketing campaign touchpoints and implements within Asana system, assigning responsibility and following up on all touchpoints in our GTM process
• Anticipates VP Brand needs, ahead of being asked
• Considers how future campaign can be built based on the successes and/or gaps of prior campaigns
• Ability to brief tasks and also gather information for briefing from all needed parties
• Excellent communication skills
• Acts as a peer coordinator and communication link for GTM planning for PR, brand events and brick and mortar retail activations.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• 5 years of Project management preferably within the fashion apparel industry
• Understanding of photography asset creation process
• Understanding of digital marketing asset planning to final execution process
• Experience managing printed marketing materials from planning to final execution
• Excellent communication skills, excellent planning skills and excellent project management skills
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Positive, hard-working, handles pressure with a “can-do” approach
• Strong people person
• Asana, Click up, Basecamp, and/or other Project Management tool experience is required.

Salary Range $75,000 - $90,000
