HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can meet the demands of a rapidly expanding multi-brand food manufacturing company with a strategic goal of increasing sales 10X in the next 3 years! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, a strong knowledge of HR best practices, and a passion for driving positive change.

The Position
You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with the HR Assistant of the company. Your role will be crucial in driving and implementing all HR-related initiatives to support the company's strategic goals and create a positive and productive work environment.

You will manage and be involved in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, HR policies & procedures, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance.
