Job Description:
The role of the Maintenance Technician is responsible performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the production goals and corporate values of Company. Must adhere to established safety and efficiency standards.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Schedules, completes, and documents Preventative Maintenance on select equipment and machinery on a regular basis.

· Perform simple machinist duties to diagnose problematic situations.

· Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

· Trouble-shoots and diagnoses minor repairs, replace or repair parts and tests and adjusts as needed.

· Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

· Installs new equipment.

· Completes enhancement projects or change outs for production safety, capability or capacity.

· Detects faulty operation and/or defective materials and reports to proper management.

· Coordinates special projects as directed by Plant Manager.

· Meet standards for completion of all assignments.

· Address any problems to ensure quality control per instructions and guidelines; reports defective materials and equipment.

· Utilize personal protective equipment and continuously adheres to safety guidelines.

· Participate in cross training opportunities to maximize operation effectiveness.

Required Education And Experience: -

· 1 -2 years’ experience in similar role.

· Ability to read, interpret and understand diagrams and blueprints.
