Job Details
Responsibilities of the Application Support Technician include :
- Serve as a Level 2/3 Help Desk / Application Support resource.
- Interact with clients to assess the scope and impact of issues.
- Research and understand the functions and interactions of various applications, including their dependencies on other systems.
- Perform detailed log analysis.
- Troubleshoot application-hardware interactions.
- Own the troubleshooting process from start to finish, keeping clients and management informed.
- Document resolution procedures for both company and client knowledge bases.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Desktop environments.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- 5 years of experience supporting Windows-based client/server applications
- Familiarity with application development (understanding code is beneficial, coding skills not required).
- Experience with Linux-based systems and application support.
- Scripting, PowerShell, and automation experience
- Technical bachelor's degree from a four-year college and 5-10 years of relevant experience
$100,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
