Piper Companies is currently seeking a Budgets and Contracts Specialist to a company at the forefront of healthcare innovations, offering clinical trial services for healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, CRO's, and sponsors.

The Budgets and Contracts Specialist will be a key leader in driving all contractual aspects of clincial research. Collaborating with teams, overseeing contracts, to implement approval and compliance processes.

• Assist with creation, and oversight of site contracts and budget activities
• Negotiation and execute site budgets and contracts
• Oversee budget and contract amendments
• Compile procedural costs for overall budget development
• Streamline contract negotiations by housing contract terms for key customer accounts
• Assist with the managmenet of the negotiation process
• Work cross-functionally with Sponsors, CROs, Business development, site clincial staff, and internal finance team

Qualifications of the Budgets and Contracts Specialist :

• 2 years of experience in a CRO, pharma / biotech, site network sourcing, or equivalent paralegal / legal contract experience
• Able to read and understand legal documents and finance budget documents
• Able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences

Compensation of the Budgets and Contracts Specialist :

• Salary : $80,000-95,000 and a 7% bonus
