Job Details
Responsibilities of the EHS Specialist:
- Manage and set direction for safety process, and process safety management (PSM) systems
- Design and execute chemical management safety programs
- Serve as SME for safety and environmental requirements
- Direct corrective actions and continued improvements when safety concerns arise
- Support project executions and compliance through risk assessments (PHA, LOPA, FMEA, HazOP)
- Ensure alignment with internal and external teams regarding EHS procedures
- B.S./M.S. in an Engineering, Scientific or a related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experience and chemical safety in a manufacturing/industrial environment with a PSM requirement
- Knowledge and ability to perform risk assessments
- Strong foundation and knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, based on relevant industry experience
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays
